Colombian lifting or vacuum therapy
The Colombian facelift is a noninvasive technique used to reshape the buttocks in a clinic. It was given that name because it comes from Colombia. It is also called Vacuum therapy, because we use suckers that we put on your buttocks to create suction, a bit like a vacuum cleaner.
Benefits of the Colombian butt lift
Almost painless, the Colombian lifting allows you to move the fat to give a more curved appearance to your buttocks. This technique is used on all skin types and tones. The suckers:
- Stimulate the muscles;
- Tighten the skin;
- Remove the greasy deposits;
- Stimulate blood circulation;
- Help the circulation of lymph in the lymphatic vessels;
- Facilitate the elimination of toxins by the body.
How long does the treatment last?
A Colombian lifting session lasts about 1 hour and a half. For best results, we recommend that you attend 6 to 10 sessions, once or twice a week, every 6 to 12 months. In addition to your treatment, it is preferable to maintain healthy lifestyle habits through a balanced diet and regular physical activity that includes strength training exercises.
Are there any contraindications?
If you have implants, buttocks injections, cancer, autoimmune disease, a history of thrombosis or diabetes, have had surgery in the past 6 months or are pregnant, it is best to consult your doctor before making an appointment with us.
What are the side effects of Vacuum Therapy?
As for side effects, the most common are bruises, redness or slight swelling on the skin. In very rare cases, scabbing or blisters may occur, especially in people with very loose skin. To minimize the appearance of side effects, we recommend that you keep your body well hydrated by drinking plenty of water before you start your Colombian lifting session.
